Info about Lombardi's has changed since 2019 when Peter Regas discovered the true founder of the pizzeria that eventually became Lombardi's, Filippo Milone, who also founded in 1915 what ended up being John's of Bleecker Street.

Interesting, Frank does two slices and stacks them, both top side up. I grew up in NYC and we did two slices calzone style, stacking them top to top. Hmm, have to try each style and see if there is a difference.
