Tell me what's wrong with my singing voice (sorry for my messenger sounds)

I posted because (read the name of this video) and BTW I studied vocal lessons in 2013. I know I need practice but except for practice which part of my voice should I improve and BTW since I'm a guy it's normal for a guy if he sings with a bass and tenor voice. Tenor and bass is a kind of pitch and it's lower than alto and soprano pitch which is what girls use to sing.
