Best way to keep an intake clean is breathers on the pcv instead of pumping that oil into the intake also blocking off EGR so your pumping dirty air into it which increases carbon build up, reduces power and economy, that's just my take I love the video

That's a Chevy, if you do that to a throttle body, you gata recalibrate it now. Or you fucked it up already. You don't do that to gm trucks, you gata take it off to clean it.

The last thing you want is toothbrush brisels becoming loose into your throttle.

Drive by wire throttle should not be opened manually it will ruin them. Turn on ignition hold gas pedal down with something other than your foot.

Question, I thought when cleaning the throttle body you aren’t suppose to open the valves, as it’s going to unlearn the throttle body causing you to have to re-program or change the throttle body entirely. Correct me if I’m wrong

What you did wrong was opening the throttle body with your hand you supposed to press on the excelrater and its open when using any thing to open it will dis program the idle the you will have to re-learn the engine I had that problem before
