It sounds to me like you have some unprocessed baggage from everything that happened to you. If you aren't seeing a therapist already about this, I can heartily recommend one, because they can very much help deal and process with things (don't go to betterhelp or whatever services that offer bad quality services)

Clint, reading glasses, Cosmetic or did the eyes go back? Just curious as I had Lasik surgery a couple years back, wondering if there have been any down sides aside from us aging lol. (Pretty sure you said you had Lasik, Unless I am thinking of someone else who looks just like you lol)

As someone who just used to also collect old stuff via Goodwill and/or appreciate the old days, I found this as a channel comforting. Also, just an alignment of some similar interests (e.g. the Sims) and stuff like that. Appreciate the content, hopefully it's still fulfilling and profitable.
