I am not Muslim but I was reading about the history of the Dome of the Rock mosque. It was built by Umar Ibn Al-Khattab, and he consulted with a converted Yemenite Jew named Ka'b al-Ahbar. Also the first time coming across the term Isra’iliyyat.

This video sounds similar to some sermons I have heard when I was growing up. The focus and subject is different, but the cadence and manner of speaking is familiar.
