Create sql backup of MySQL db from vscode, docker and laravel

sometimes, we would like to share your sql file of the table or make a backup. If you use mysql component of vscode with mysql container of docker, it would be tricky. mysqldump command in the container terminal will solve all of them.
my os is Ubuntu 22.
