COK: Dragon tower no more gives prestige badges, thats ripoff for non-spenders. As for docks, yes they added more p badges spawning there but i aint gonna sit all day to wait them appear (there were days with no p badges in docks((( )

Azurite mine can be unlocked at castle level 30. Also to answer the question, no it cannot be plundered from other castles so you will npt be able to farm it like stone or iron.

Do you unlock more lands in your castle after level 15?
