It is worth noting however, that there is an additional step that needs to be taken.

After you have told the client to download your emails from all time instead of just a year and relaunched it, you will need to click on each folder yourself and wait for them to sync.

I cannot reply to emails in Office/outlook, in any of my three computers. Tried many things, so I hope I can delete my exchange account and restart one and use this for a back up . I think the exchange will keep my data for 30 days. You made it very clear how to do this tY
