I just wanted to say, your videos have helped me SO MUCH! I struggle with many different mental health diagnoses, one of them being OCD. Part of what I experience with OCD is dermatilomania, and lately my picking impulse has been SO BAD, especially at night before bed for some reason. I came across your videos and these ones specifically seem to take the focus from the impulse to pick to the tingly feelings from the asmr! I can’t thank you enough for making these honestly.
