Thank you for posting this movie ! The movie was an art of how cinema can tell you a love story. So emotionally charged yet so delicate, heartbreaking, at a time of war when one can’t even follow one’s heart, it made me cry at the end yet I loved the movie.

After he made the speach about the sea being silent he was really talking about her. How beautiful she was. The look on the grandfathers face is priceless! She then goes to the hairstylist and changes her hair. She is in love at that point of the film.

Wonderful how the two main stars never had a conversation together, leaving it to eye expressions only to convey their feelings.

At the end I see to sensitive lovers in a cruel time. She plays it so wounderful the breakdown. Its to much for her soul. He shows it before when he realist the war is against france.

Why was this films not awarded an Oscar! The two stars could have received awards!! But we live in a society that portrays people as sex objects and profanity ridden scripts. This movie is beautiful.

This is a very good movie. Super acting, pure love between them. Touched my heart, indeed. One of the best movies I have ever watched. I love also the Pianist movie with Adrien Brody and the German actor Thomas Kretschmann. 👍👍❤❤

They just don't make movies with real human feelings an expressions anymore, they're either violent movies, movies with an agenda, or just crappy movies with sex and vulgarity. It's a shame because there's a lot of very talented actors, and they don't have many choices unless they become producers and directors. But I would say that Hollywood is dead right now.

Russian fashistes do same with Ukrainian houses. But all houses destroyed. Mariupol, Avdejevka, Bahmut, Severodonetsk and many others towns disappeared.
