Fantastic controller however one slight issue with mine the rubbers coming off it

The paddle internals are prone to breaking. Really broke my heart. Such a good controller otherwise.

surprised your grip hasn't bubbled and peeled off like 90% of other including mine

I can say after 1 years it held up the only thing I would complain about is the grip starting to peel and I have not had to swap the sticks but 9/10 over all

I gotta go with this. Ive been trying to get used to xbox elite controller, but xbox controllers have always been so incomfortable in my hand and the diagonal position of the sticks drives me nuts. Loved the og ps5 controller so this has got to be worth it

I bought 2 since day 1 & sold my original PS5 controllers. Best controller EVER. I absolutely love it

Don't buy one of these it's a scam! I bought one and it is impossible to get the replacement stick modules for them. I have been trying for 8 months now and they are always out of stock everywhere unless you want to pay 3 times the price to scumbag scalpers on ebay.
Don't fall for this scam like I did!

There any news on Sony ever using 4 paddles on the edge controller

So dose this or will this go into a stick drift. As maybe looking to get one , or I go for nacon one, im n uk not a heavy tame but want a controller to be a controller

The glossy part is junk and there should be 4 triggers on the back like the Xbox elite. 2 is just lame.

im considering getting this, but i hear a lot of people complaining about the back paddles being broken after couple of months inside the controller, something you can not get new parts for. Unless you disassemble the whole controller, which is not something i can.

I literally just bought one 2-3 days ago at my local game stop. I literally had 4 controllers and out of the 4, 3 of them had terrible stick drift. Right now if you have a bad crimson red controller (the one that looks kind of pinkish) game stop is giving you 35 dollars credit. Now that with the other 2 controllers and games I had that I don’t play I ended up only paying about $80 for the dualsense edge

None of the edge function controls work well on planetside 2 due to the game having the worst fps analog controls for this generation of console.

Other gamed are solid

me personally i prefer a modded dualsense than a dualsense edge

Rubber grips all peeled of and the shoulder buttons are intermittent not great build quality especially for the price point plus battery life is poor

You would think, afyer buying theyre overpriced console, they'd atleist include these controllers but no, pay 700+$ and get a sub par console.

If they used better parts ppl wouldn't have to replace the joysticks soo often because of stick drift. Seems to be tue glaring problem with these, there IS better joysticks they just went with the cheap crap.

Just got mine delivered this morning and my only dislike right now is that it won’t fit in my ps5 stand/charging station due to the 2 new buttons on the bottom of it but that’s okay everything else makes up for it

It's the best Playstation controller hands down but it's not the best pro controller. I personally use my Scuf and 8bitdo more but it's a really solid controller.

PS5 slims have USB ports in the back where you can charge your controller while the PS is on. Unfortunately doesn’t work in rest mode.

Price should be 100 bucks given what it offers

There’s zero chance I would spend such a ridiculous amount of money on a controller that will end up with stick drift that I can’t fix because Sony doesn’t stock enough replacements for the joysticks when they start drifting…

The only way I'm buying one of these is if a company starts making hall effect stick module replacements for the Edge. This is a defective product that Sony is selling knowing it will fail eventually and people will have to continuously give them money. Why are 3rd party companies making controllers with features that Sony's should've had from the gate?

Anyone who thinks this isnt the best controller ever is DUMB period. It feels and looks premium, the paddles feel so amazing, extremely comfortable for bigger hands and can adjust to mimic the scuf look if you like that better. Trigger stops, industry best haptics, interchangeable thumbstick modules and thumbsticks, the only negative can be battery life but most of us play on monitors so charging is never an issue for me since im right next to ps5 10/10

Very great controller just got one last Friday and it's amazing and another game it works well with is Gran turismo 7 especially those who like to drive in manual mode setting the paddles right it feels like your relly drive a paddle shift car so awesome 😎

Back paddles stopped clicking on both sides after less than a year. Good controller other than that. Back paddle design is bad IMO. My friend also had the same issue with one back paddle after a year. Also a lot of people on reddit reporting the same issue

No you don't the duel edge is over priced nonsense, 3 hour battery life only 2 paddles awful grip that peels off. I sold mine at a slight loss, All the duelsence needs is a back button attachment like the ps4 pad got?

I had to sell my edge controller because the I was getting drift after a few months and the stick modules were sold out in local stores. I found some on ebay but they were $80+ price of a controller I hate scalpers it's just a scam at this point sony won't make anymore.

controllers nice until you need to swap the sticks, then it costs $85 to buy new (2pk), but if you really want a goat controller, buy the upgraded hall effect stick module and hopefully never get stick drift again lol I'm going to try it soon hopefully it makes it worth it cause otherwise i can just buy a new regular dualsense ever 4 months and its cheaper than replacing the stick modules sony should make them like $20 a piece, or better yet, sony should release modern hall effect stick modules that last way longer
