Sarco 1911 Carbine Conversion Kit

Does the extra mass on the barrel not affect the ability to cycle reliably? The need for a booster when suppressing 1911s is to delay the unlock because of the extra mass but this looks like it would almost start unlocking before the bullet has left the barrel

On my carbine barrel, I've noticed that the upper lug closest to the chamber is wearing out quickly. After 150 rounds there is considerable slop when the barrel is engaged into battery.

Have you gotten the chance to chrono the kit yet? Wondering how much velocity gain from standard pressure loads from 5” to 16”, let alone the Super loading. Looks like it would be a pretty good backpack gun for camping or a SHTF gun for a bug out bag.
