Ingredients:
600g potatoes, salt, 2 laurel leaves
20g butter
Spices, herbs
1 egg, 2 tbsp flour
For filling:
100g ham
40-50g cheese
For breading:
2 Eggs
Flour, breadcrumbs
For frying:
Vegetable oil
For sauce:
Sour cream, mustard, parsley, salt, nutmeg, pepper, garlic
Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes
