Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille vs Vanille Fatale | Which Is Your Favorite?

Tobacco Vanille had a great run but Vanille Fatale is the new champ, easily.

I prefer Tobacco Vanille, but its best for cool weather. Vanille Fatale is the more versatile scent, can be worn year round, and not as strong. I do enjoy both.

I like TV but I actually own Vanille Fatale, both my girlfriend and I wear it.

As a woman, I prefer Tobacco Vanille as opposed to Vanille Fatale....really believe it’s the floral element- & specifically, the frangipani of Fatale, that I don’t care for.

I have both (decant of VF) and while I agree they are both nice I have to disagree with VF being good for a man. The florals and the plum put it firmly in the feminine box for me. However, it is a very very nice fragrance that leans on the darker side for cooler nights. I feel like on the occasions a man may wear TF Noir Extreme a woman would do well wearing Vanille Fatale.
Tobacco Vanille is my favourite of the the two and I really like its vanilla chai opening and its dry fruit cake middle to end, it also lasts a very long time.

I much prefer Tobacco Vanille. I find Vanille Fatale to just be another vanilla fragrance. It isn't the least bit special to me. I just love the combination of ingredients in Tobacco Vanille. It was the first high end fragrance that I purchased.

I prefer Vanille Fatale over Tobacco Vanille. It just works so much better and my wife doesn’t like how Tobacco Vanille reacts to my skin. Not overly pleasant

I live in India(New Delhi) and am a collector. Now ,I have concerns regarding a few of my most favorite frags . To name a few - Cedrat Boise , Nishane Hacivat , Sicilly ,Rasasi Hawas, ADG Profumo , Aoud Lemon Mint , Tiziana terenzi orion , Dior homme Parfum (My Sig) , Tom Ford TV , TL(Have both in a 30 ml decant glass bottle) and Thierry Mugler Pure Tonka. I think , I will be able to finish all the above in the next 10-15 years LOL ! Just concerned if they go bad. I store them in a cupboard and keep almost all of them in their boxes. My cupboard takes care of the light, and heat - they are not directly exposed to heat,however, when it's summer in INDIA the climate becomes hot. Fortunately, the temp. inside the cupboard is much lower than the atmosphere, so I hope that too is taken care of. I will be really grateful to you if you could answer this!

I have and love both of these beautiful fragrances. I wear TV when I’m wearing jeans, a leather jacket and heels, and VF when I’m wearing an LBD and feeling mysterious.

Tobacco Vanille I love Tobacco in scents soo much and Tom Ford hooked it up I loves them both. I like the spices in the Fatale some of my faves so it’s hard to choose but Tobacco V is it!! Ordering decants is one of my fav things to do esp for scents I can’t afford or for men’s fragrances I have to try I just have to try them for myself we all have such different views on scents. Sephora sells many of the private blends as well as his regular line but in the smaller bottles. You can get a few each time you go. They may sell the larger bottles online.

Tobacco vanilla is great smile FT vanilla tobacco smells very fragrant and differs FT special perfume only for winter only if used in summer hot weather does not last long its fragrance... Like asia countery.. middle is .

hi, do you happen to know if Tom Ford still sell the flacon for Vanille Fatale? I have been looking everywhere to find the flacon for Vanille Fatale, and I haven't found one even on Tom Ford website. All I have found so far is the 50ml bottle, and not even the 100ml bottle. I thought you might know what happened to it. Please let me know, I am debating to either buy a 10ml travel to wait for the flacon to come back, or to just to get the 50ml bottle instead. Thank you for your time to read my review.

Just smelled it, yes totally late to the gathering but wow! Super elegant and yes... fatally attractive! In love. I also enjoy Tobacco Vanille but this one took me by surprise!

Wish I lived in Canada or Alaska , if you live in humid areas , do not wear when hot, lovely scent but it smells so fucking heavy like an abrocr9mbe and Fitch store
