All the weight lifting and making it to a 345 bench for 1 rep max.
The only thing I cannot do that I was able to do with ease at 20 are pull ups.
this is an awesome list. my personal one is similar except i have dips and just added body weight grip bar grip for time. if you're advanced you can wear a weight vest or a loaded backpack
