Both are amazing genres but I have a sweet spot for unga bunga music like slam. I also think I prefer goregrind over deathgrind it's more groovy. Still a big fan of most of the bands here like Abominable Putridity, Analepsy, Cerebral Incubation, Brutal Truth, Mortician, Exhumed.

DeathGrind is too upbeat.

Once you go to the darkside of hard core drums, bass, guitar theirs no coming back. All other music genres and sift rock because simple to the ear ine you hear slam(weed) music.
