My coach made us do this until someone threw up. The girls on my team were so fucking fast and so was I. I can’t believe I used to be such a beast of a machine. Never getting tired and always so fast. Great drills

I played soccer(football) for 15 years. If you're not an elite runner already, change that 20 seconds to 8 seconds and add an extra second every week. Your hammies will thank you.
