This happened on my birthday, not the video but the shutdown
ОтветитьI mean, you could always just make a spongecake filled with cream.
ОтветитьNot fully a scam, they changed the twinkies recipe. the original recipe ones are still worth a good bit of money for those who have that dosh to spend
ОтветитьYes, let us not worry about starving children across America, our homeless vets, or rampant crime across the US...
WE NEED TO PANIC ABOUT GOD D*MN HOSTESS.
I dont even like twinkies lol, there gross, they have that gross thin filling, they could've at least made it buttercream.
ОтветитьZombieland predicted the Twinkie outage.
ОтветитьThere’s an ongoing myth that Twinkies actually don’t expire, today where going to find out if that’s true opens box COUGH {take your cravings on a cloud like escape with Taco Bell’s new flatbread tacos}
ОтветитьChad: “doesn’t that sound exciting kids?”
Me: “yes, tell me all about it”
(I find it adorable chad has hostess mascot plushies)
I swear Hostess went out of business only like 5 years ago. It was 2012? What the heck?
ОтветитьBefore this I never had a twinkie and after a while I decided to try them and man were they gross, even as a kid I commented at how fake it tasted.
ОтветитьI love the horror in chad’s voice when he says “oh my god I’m actually swallowing it.”
ОтветитьPeople are going to be shipping twinkies like its PS5
ОтветитьThat's pretty cold. Worker's union demands fair wages, and your response is to give yourself a raise so big that it bankrupts the company, so you can shut down the company to avoid paying your workers fairly. Insane.
ОтветитьMy favorite was the white powdered donuts also it's 2021 and thank God they didn't go extinct the birthday cake Oreos, triple pepperoni party pizza and the fruity Cheerios are no longer existing imaging having your favorite food being unavailable
Ответить“Smells like 2012”
ОтветитьHe’s not loud enough.
ОтветитьI wish that company really would go under
Twinkies are disgusting and so is every other one of their "Snack foods"
WE DESERVE HIGHER QUALITY ZEBRA CAKES
Reliving the time Chad ate a poison Twinkie. Such a throw back.
ОтветитьI have told you
ОтветитьMoral of the story? Don’t underestimate the desire for more money from executives, they are willing to drive their business into the ground for extra profit and spite.
ОтветитьThis reminds me of the starburst scandal of 2019
Ответитьthat "your watching chadtronic" introduction is always good.
ОтветитьThe last one was 21MILLON DOLLARS ON EBAY WTF
ОтветитьI am 15 now, but just encase, I have been keeping a hostess brownie in plastic in my room on my bookshelf since I was 12.
I am going to at least wait until I am 18 to eat it, it looks a lot more light in color and faded though.
Does anyone have a box 10 years later?
ОтветитьTbh I don’t care about twinkies going away. I care if ding dongs go away.
ОтветитьChoco taco anyone?
Ответитьyay there back
Ответитьwow þis video basically introduced me to your channel, cant believe its already been 5 years :')
ОтветитьI remember there used to be a hostess store by my house where they would sell the stuff that's close to their expiration date at a discount, then in 2012 it shut down after a 70% sale, I still can't believe that was 10 years ago.
ОтветитьGlad hostess came back
ОтветитьThe story of Twinkies. A true American hero story. Slap the Twinkie Cowboy up there with the greats like Paul Bunyan
ОтветитьNow this is nostalgia!
ОтветитьHe should try more of these NOW
ОтветитьI remember learning about this in school.
Ответить999k views
ОтветитьLol poor plish😂😂
ОтветитьI Had Chocolate Twinkies!
ОтветитьRemember kids, don't eat almost-5-year-old Hostess Twinkies.
ОтветитьIm sorry if your dumb enough ro spend that amount on a twinkie you deserve to be scammed
ОтветитьIf you lost $100000 to twinkies . I hope you lost everything and are now homeless. God i hate stupid people
Ответить2024 people are laughing it up rn.
ОтветитьReminder: be wary if a major company aggressively promotes the fact that they’re shutting down (especially a specific brand name), it’s often because it’s just an attempt at a publicity stunt.
Hostess’s CEO literally just weaponized bankruptcy to avoid not treating their employees like crap, and tricked American people into helping him with it.
This was obviously a publicity stunt lmao
ОтветитьI was 7 years old in 2012 and yet I don't remember seeing this on the news (I assume I did see the news of this as a kid but I don't remember seeing these news broadcasts indicating "No more twinkies")
Ответить
