What is the purpose of sweeping the knee? I've had an acl repair and that made me cringe a little lol

Told a doctor my left knee hurts chronically. They did not do all this. Just sent me for an xray. Long story short my knee still hurts like hell.

I suppose only I got red in the face, this time.

I have one bad knee and I’m curious how it would be different during this because I don’t have any pain when I do these but squatting and turning does

As someone who’s gone hilariously flying across the floor when getting up from squatting because my knee didn’t come with me and for which has popped my knee out of place in so many strange/hilarious ways I cringed just seeing them get on and off that table so quickly, haha, if only it were that easy for me still. Gotta love hereditary joint problems…

Isn't one leg usually longer than the other because of how we walk. We lead with either our left or right foot so we lean on a certain foot more. Therefore changing the way our legs need to grow as we get older

Could you do a video on a damaged knee please? I've torn my acl,meniscus and other ligaments and would like to know more about the injury and what will happen next.

I tore my ACL about a month ago. Surgery coming in two weeks. Really hoping PT goes well so I can return to being active again.

The video would've been MUCH MORE helpful if you'd explained the maneuvers that you were doing, what you were checking for, and what you would see on an abnormal exam.
