what do you suggest for cold climate weed killer?

I know you mentioned the new nutsedge weed spray in this video but if I have sedghammer already and image for southern lawns, can I mix them both in the same mixer and apply both at once?

Could I use this stuff for spot treating since I just put in Bermuda Soda a few weeks ago, I've got Nutsedge popping up in some areas

What about Image: Crabgrass, Nutsedge & Weed Killer w/ the Blue letters. I have both cool season & warm season(Zoysia) grass.

Is this safe for lawns that are 4 months old? I have clover weeds.

This stuff works very well for me, been using it for a couple of years now and bang for the buck it cant be beat. I get the concentrate and run it through a sprayer mostly spot spraying. 5-6 oz per 1000ft with a little bit of surfactant has worked well for me but follow the video and labels as YMMV. The tip he's using is important, fine spray just watch out on windy days.

Do they make a version for Northern lawns?

Has the formulation changed?? I remember avoiding Image because it takes 2-4 weeks just to see any results.

Why does the lawncare nut have Floratam St Augustine and not ProVista or Viridian?

It's a shame that Image doesn't sell 1 product that kill nutsedge and the other broadleaf weeds together. You have to buy to separate bottles. All about money

Last Year I used the hose end sprayer on my bahia; BAD IDEA. It burned/stressed my lawn so badly. This year, I used my backpack sprayer, MUCH BETTER Results.

i tried "weed-be-gone" (concentrate) and it kills a lot of the same stuff. hmmm, but it doesn't look like Image works on crabgrass.
what do you use to kill crabgrass? the weeds in FL are next level and will humble you.

I have to be honest, since I started using the pre-emergent, I have very few weeds. Not bragging nor complaining, just fact. Now I can concentrate on the other “ides.”

If 2, 4-d is harmful to St. Augustine, and this has 2, 4-d as it's active ingredient, how is it safe to use on SA?

I have a ryobi lawn mower but the cutting height it just says 1 1/2 and 4 it doesn't give me the other cutting height reading I was wondering if you know the other cutting height in order that would be in the middle of 1 1/2 and 4 inches.

I see that there is a combination version of this product for general weeds, nutsedge and crabgrass. Is this recommended? I also have problems with spurge. No weed killers seem to deal with this. So I end up needing 4 different weed killers, could this product cover all?

Does this (Image) stunt the growth of St. Augustine in the areas you treat? I put down Celcius WG and it worked well but it seemed to temporarily stunt the growth of my SA versus the non treated areas.

I over seeded my BAHIIAAAAAAA grass a few weeks back and coming in great. But obviously with the new grass is a ton of weeds because of the water needed. Trying to figure out that sweet spot time to spray of not killing the new grass and just the weeds. Any idea LCN?!

Hey @TheLawnCareNut, so which one do you prefer, Image or Celsius? I've used Celsius and its only drawback for me is it stunts the grass growth for a little while and there's one or two types of weeds that don't seem to die.

Can you add a surfactant to the mix?

I have a lot of weeds throughout my yard. Can I spray all areas of my St. Augustine grass without damaging it?

I have a petratools HD400. It has a fan nozzle and when I tested how long it took to get a gallon out, it was 55 seconds for 32oz, so 220secons/ 3mins 40 seconds which is SLOW. I did about 2000sq ft to test and got about a gallon out, which puts me at about half the rate you recommend here. My question is, does this only matter if blanket spraying?, if I mix this ration and spot spray, is there a difference as long as I get the affected areas covered?

Japanese clover (lespedeza) is always the bane of my centipede lawn. Image will kill it, but the spray bottle never gives me the claimed 6k sq feet of coverage, and those bottles aren’t cheap.
