I have a successful 20k/month etsy store and just built me shopify so hope i can figure this out :( any tips i cannot use facebook ads due to them auto restricting everything...and google i tested with 500 and it was TRASH not a single conversion. but may have done it wrong i did it per google themself guiding me via a private call

You keep repeating 1.5 mil 1.5 mil 1.5 mil, look we did 1.5mil in REVENUE… how much did you spend on advertisements? What was your profit margins? How much did you actually EARN from that 1.5 mil.

3. Just curious, what is your google search results in 1 yr? How many impressions? Clicks in 1 yr? Because building a brand takes time and google search is helping. I've seen 5 yrs POD stores with 14k products/220k skus getting 4-5k clicks per month just free from google organic.

1. Shopify Theme: I actually believe if you are building a brand and you are going after multiple audiences/niches.. you can't do it with free themes and minimal apps. For example the guys from one of the most oldest theme Motion, do a great job. Show me a free theme that does what the do? Free themes tend to sunset over time ( i had that experience, after 1 yr using free theme from shopify market place, minimal theme) , there is no motivation for developers to keep up with Shopify changes so why would you use a free theme to build a long lasting brand? Show me a great brand using free theme?

2. Print on demand suppliers: Surpirsed to see Printify as long term supplier to build a brand. They are just market place as far as i know they dont own a single factory vs Printfull. Cheaper is not always better, it will affect your customers. Printify is not quality consistent when you ship world wide, also they often drop products that later become unavailable. Printfull do that too but less often. Based on my experience Printfull is best in terms of consistency and they do invest in their factories( millions), just looked at their embrodiery machines multi colors. Trust me you don't want your hoodie/tshirts/mugs to come from random suppliers in Printify marketplace just bwcoz is sometimes cheaper. End of the day the blanks come from sake vendors like Bella and the more volume u get the cheaper the the POD vendor can get the cost internally so they can be profitable and reinvest in the company( equipment, processes, people) and eventually benefit your brand

4. Shopify apps: I agree , with you! In the past i tried many apps and i think it is a good thing to try because if you review ever 1-2 months some of the apps will stick with the Shopify machine and have actual impact. But to do that you need to experiment and be aware some apps functionality or malfunction can kill or help in sales. I actually found 2 apps in ur list that i will install today to give it a go.

5. Why stop at POD: Why not add integration to Aliexpress and build special product that helps to bring your brand to the next level?

6. Android/IOS APP : Instead of using pushowl type of apps for push notificati9ns why not use App builders to get ios and android app for your store? You can have scheduled notifications there.. plus apps are very sticky once jnstalled on customer phone compare to mobile browsers. It is a great tool for brand as well.

7. Profits : I think telling audience that this store was almost 0 effort on your part is not fair. 3-4k just spending on overheads is not 0 effort, it is your margins. Also i think with such marketing budget monthly from day one , you really need to know what your doing in marketing, you always measure results vs ad spend, ads are not push and go, they are not forever and also with so many changes how Meta works, you need to know more than just average Joe. To really make your profits you need to add some unique dropship product with your brand on it.

Hey Chris, I've been going through your 21-hour POD video and I'm having an issue not being able to run ads with my new Facebook business account. When I go to create my first ad account it says "Your account is restricted right now. You have been temporarily blocked from performing this action." I don't know if this is typical for new accounts, and if there is anything I can do about it/how long it lasts. Thank you so much for these videos!

Chris. Love your content. I use Printify and Monster Digital. Gildan 6400. I believe that is what you recommended. Do you put your brand labels on inside collar? Seems like a good idea for repeat orders. My front designs don’t mention brand. So that is the only way you would know where shirts came from. Good idea? Or… better to leave off and just have Gildan tear away tags. Didn’t know if that slowed process down for printing. Also, Monster Digital seems slow since coming up from Mexico and long shipping times. Let me know your thoughts.

So all these expenses including Shopify subscription how much that will cost per month? Yes its fine if you make money but for beginners its a lot?

Hi Chris, you mentioned that when customer in EU decides to return their order within 14 days you just refund the order and they don't have to return it. Do you have to have the return address listed on your shopify store? And do you recommend setting up P.O. Box instead of using home address if some customer decides to return it and uses the address mentioned on the shopify store? Thank you
