Oneida! That's made up near where I grew up! It's pronounced Oh-neye-da (one of the First Nation tribes in the area). Unless there's a different Oneida company, which there may be. Verrrrrry interesting/weird tale attached to the Oneida Flatware Co.

You mentioned candy/caramel apples - I stopped buying popsicle sticks and instead I go to the Dollar Tree in the craft aisle, get the mini "wood dowels" - they are so much more sturdier and I think you get like 20 sticks for $1.50 - highly recommend!

Pizza cutter works great, so far all of the Martha Stewart things I've bought there are awesome 😊
