How to make your voice sound Professional in Audacity

why is it too hard to install the add ins or updates in audacity , anytime I try to install something I get the error message, that I don't have enough permission(even I am logged in as administrator) and the file could not renamed. Any suggestion how to deal with?

Audacity 3.7.0 windows 10 or 11 support ????
