ОтветитьThank you for sharing your expertise with us week after week! Your videos are always so timely. One question - I noticed you don’t promote massage guns. Do they harm more than help?
ОтветитьThanks!.
ОтветитьAs a midlifer, a curve in my back has formed from right side instability. Now I do daily hand hangings, and work on my core, but there is nothing I can do solo to help it release. Are there exercises you can recommend to help straighten it that are not planks? Your videos keep me active and engaged with my body. Thank you.
ОтветитьБлагодарю.А можно субтитры на русском🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️♥️👍🔥
ОтветитьAt 60+ years old, my SI joint has always been a problem. The sacral roll really helped! Thank you! I'll add this to my stretching routine.

ОтветитьThank you for sharing all of this wonderful information. I’m really trying to learn more about how to care for my whole body and videos like this really help. An observation and question though - won’t overly cushioned, narrow, restrictive shoes cause weakness in the foundation of the skeleton and then be bad for the back?
ОтветитьI love when you say take to the next level 🙌🏻 I’ve learned so much. I use all your informative videos every day. Thank you so much 😊
ОтветитьThank you!!! I have a subluxed rib that I’ve had for over 10 years. The muscle just doesn’t want to let go of twisting that rib and remaining a huge muscle knot over it. Do you have any of your videos you could recommend. I am determined to loosen the scar tissue and getting that muscle knot to release from my rib! I went to PT for it years ago and she tried but couldn’t fix it. Please help. Any help or advice would be appreciated more than you know.
ОтветитьAh! Thank you so much! ❤ These stretches felt amazing.
I wanted to ask - what's the best exercise for targeting the side of the neck? I’ve been following the neck and upper trapezius exercises, which are great, but I can’t seem to relieve the burning pain specifically on the side of my neck.
Also, there's a spot between my shoulder and neck, right in the dip, but it feels quite deep. I can’t seem to stretch it properly, and so far, the only thing that helps is poking it. Do you have any suggestions for releasing the tension there? Once again, thank you very much for your hard work - my sore body is forever grateful ❤
❤❤To potřebujeme asi všichni.❤❤ Díky ❤❤
