Maxfoot MF-30 750W Electric Cargo Trike ------ Leisure Riding

Got caught by a rainstorm when out riding one day. Drove through a puddle.. not a,pond but a puddle, and after it got into the garage was thouroughly dried off. The next day, it would no longer power on. Talked to maxfoot as it was still under warranty. The e bike specialists they sent us to said that this issue would not have been caused by the water as it has a sealed brain box etc.we tried Everything to fix this but to no avail.. the only possiblility at this point is the motor being faulty but maxfoot wont answer us or call back. Pretty shitty that something costing this much would only last a few rides.. pretty sad. Even worse is the shit customer service.. hopefully the people of the comments section can help them see how they are supposed to treat paying customers..

I love my TRIKETAN Etrike. The trike rides smoothly. I love it!

What is the point of this video? No useful info. Trike clearly needs fenders and a bag in the the basket. The need to remove the seat to remove the battery is lame and will eventually lead to a stolen trike.

Looks a lot like the AnywhereBike tricycle Rugged Edition, which is 200 dollars less, includes the fenders and comes with a 90 day trial period with no charge for returns for any reason except you must pay return shipping.

the position of the chain is problematic, looks like it would be an easy snag and damage.

I need to adjust the handlebars to come closer to me. My husband says he needs special tools because it was torqued at the factory. What tools do I need? My hands go numb when I ride because I am having to put too much of my weight forward having to reach that far. I want to sit more upright when I ride.
