A Tip to any scout out there : A youth team player beating everyone with his pace at an age of 15, doesn't mean a great talent !
Seek for the one with footballing brain, one who can outsmart defenders even at very low or no pace !!
Look at Edu Bedia for example, and another one would be Udanta Singh( fan but still what I could foresee and saw it happening after 2-3 years , I even msg him years back on Facebook to work on balance and passing but ...)
