Amazon KDP: The True Cost of Self-Publishing

Although you specialize in ebooks, fiction would you address some interactive book publishing concerns for consistency. eg. colouring books, journals, notebooks, cook books etc. How to publish a colouring book that has perforated pages, coil binding and quality paper. If KDP doesn't offer this how do the colouring books sold on KDP produce this style at a cost effective price such as $7.99 more or less? How do you get consistency in publication if you want to distribute to other retailers, eg Barnes & Noble, Kobo etc. One book style. How is this done? I haven't been successful at researching this perhaps you have some suggestions?

As far as professional editors, the "average" accros the industry is about $3/page. I about fell out of my chair......no, I ... did ... fall out of my chair with my first book at 792 pages/198,000 words. Ouch. $2,376.00 I definitely could not afford that. Used to do my own book covers too, as you well know, Dale. People....never, never, never do your own covers unless you are super good with design and photoshop. Dig up the money from somewhere....it makes a huge difference in sales. I learned the hard way. Anyway....great video, Dale.

Is it possible for me to link my Amazon KDP account with the bank details of my mother who lives in France?

Can I ask why do people got 20 orders from their book and they still have no royalties? ( I'm selling a coloring book) I really need to learn if Amazon KDP is my only choice or other like d2d or lulu.
