To anyone who's watching this for the 1st time. There are 6 different endings.
For the best ending, be make sure Ted is COMPETENT of surviving and be make sure that Ted is a WARM and kind person, and keep everyone alive, killing Maggie will make Mia shoot Diego
Competent:
1. At the furniture store, don't shoot the glass door. There should be a vent for to get in
2. Don't threathen Mia and Maggie at the store. If you shoot your way through the glass door, this won't be an option
3. Light the lighter correctly
4. Don't save the guitar when Diego drops it
5. When Diego reveals his past at the school, say that you understand
6. At the school, either Maggie (if Maggie is alive) or Mia (if Ted kills Maggie) will arrive at the school. Don't tell them to f off

Warm:
1. When Diego asks why Ted is looking for a community, say that Ted doesn't want to be alone
2. When collecting food, don't kill the crow
3. When Diego is hiding his past at the train station, just drop the subject
4. If you did ask more, just say you understand at the school
5. When Ted and Diego found a corpse, just say that Ted will still not get used to it

Doing the opposite of all this will make Ted INCOMPETENT and/or COLD. Being too cold will make Diego leave
