ОтветитьIt would be better to have the spoon/cup equivalencies in millilitres instead of grams. Not everyone owns a scale that can accurately measure 8 grams.
Ответитьyou forgot to add one tea spoon of sugar for the yeast to digest and make the dough rise. And since you use an oven, then how exactly is this a "skillet" bread? Skillet bread needs no oven, but is done on stove top, no?

I have experimented with skillet bread.
I have found that the dough patty needs to be small enough to fit in the middle of the pan allowing it room to expand while rising.
Put oil on the pan; put the dough patty in the middle of the pan; cover in a way that allows it to rise; but there is a need to have room enough to slip the spatula under the patty after one side is browned. Flip the patty over and let the other side brown.
The dough needs to rise sufficiently.
Try a small handful of Flaxseeds in the dough.

ОтветитьI don't understand why you are baking "skillet bread" in oven. It should be made in a skillet. thats why it is called skillet bread.
