ОтветитьWhy is your table set with plastic tablecloth and plastic plates-do you need to do this to keep things separate for kosher?
ОтветитьSonia, less broccoli way more eggs and no mayo on the quiche.
ОтветитьI am a Catholic Christian who really admires the reverence and celebration your family brings to the Sabbath and every other holiday. Your inspire me! While I am a simple cook, I learn something from you every day. Thank you all!
Ответить💌טעים...את יודעת שגוגל מתרגם
לא נכון. הם כתבו שעל הסלמון את שמה בשר חזיר...וזו לא פעם ראשונה.
YOU MAKE THE YUMMEST FOOD. Do you have a food budget per month?
ОтветитьEverything looks so good! I would eat the chickpeas on their own... I love them. Have you thought about publishing a cookbook? I'd buy it.
ОтветитьI Love Sonya...😘😮👏👏🇵🇦🍇🇮🇱Panamá te vio.. Shalom aleijem
ОтветитьDo you ever make Plov??? I've noticed some Eastern Europeans make it in different ways so I am curious if there is a Usbek version. 😀 Seems like something my family would eat but I have no idea how to make it.
ОтветитьI want to eat at your house.yummy.
ОтветитьOMGOSH! Deeeeeeeeelish! Thank you for sharing your time and recipes. Your vlogs are such an awesome road map so to speak. Not only are we enriched in the ways of orthodox Judaism, but those of who aren't Jewish get a wealth of tasty recipes. Sephardic? Thank you again for sharing. Looking forward to more videos. Be blessed, well, and happy.
ОтветитьNot long before my grandmother passed away we found out we're Jewish. I've been curious about the holidays and what Kosher..is I guess.. if that makes sense. But I've enjoyed watching your videos and learning.
ОтветитьThat morrocan fish recipe looks just like the one that Jar of Fireflies' husband has been making every shabbat for years because he's of morrocan decent. She only shared the recipe for it earlier this year, but its pretty much identical to this one. It's just strange to me to see it on your channel since the only place I'd even heard of this recipe at was on her channel.
ОтветитьGn sonya

Please share brisket recipe
ОтветитьI am going to try the Moroccan fish recipe today. It is Friday and we do not eat meat. So I hope my husband likes this , Very picky eater. For ex: Beans!
Most people will eat some form of beans. He barely tolerates chili beans. And the only bean he will openly eat is ,Jelly beans. Not kidding. And he hates cooked veges. Limits my menu . However I offer these small difficulties to Our Lord.
From my Mother: why on earth would you spray a filthy thing like Pam on that beautiful fish? Check the type of oils, propellants and other junk in it. Buy an oil sprayer that you hand pump and pick an oil like olive or avocado.
ОтветитьWe are Reformed Jews, but I very much appreciate your recipes and welcoming attitude. I pick up some recipes from you - the Moroccan Salmon will be great for my friend and her husband, born in Morocco but raised in France. I am a new dialysis 'client' so I am looking for new recipes that fit into my new diet plan that is required. Some of your recipes work well for me with a slight adaption. I thank you so much. ОтветитьP.S. At Chanukah this year, along with the double set of needlepoints of Jewish themes I did for my grandchildren, I am giving them each their own SHABAT CANDLE SET - NOT TOYS - WITH A CHALLAH COVER FOR EACH ONE OF THEM. I'm making up a tradition, I want them both to have their own to take with them to their families when they grow up. Each needlepoint has the name of a strong woman on the maternal side of their lives with a written description of who each one of these women and who they were. So, I made two dreidels with the name of my mother-in-law on one, done in her colors, and one with the name of my mother, done in her colors. I did two DOVES OF PEACE, TWO MENORAHS, TWO HAMSAS, ETC. They are finished beautifully by a company that does stand-up decorations rather than pillows or framed photos. So, at Chanukah, they will be able to put out their own set of designs with my daughter reading the stories of the strong women that are part of their heritage, I suggest every grandmother consider being her own personal "Ancestry, com" going back as far as possible with regard to family members they knew and loved. HASHEM WILLING, I have a plan for next year's needlepoints - already sketched by me. Yes, I sketch my own canvases with a set of Sharpie pens that don't run when cleaned or washed. Much more personal AND ECONOMICAL as needlepoint can be an expensive hobby....but the work becomes instant heirlooms. Just a suggestion. Adria Folb Schumann, Los Angeles, California
ОтветитьI made the salmon and dressing and it was gorgeous. I am so glad I found your channel, Sonya. I’ve made many of your recipes and my husband loves all the lovely dishes. You truly are an inspiration - thank you. From me in London, to you and yours xxx
ОтветитьI would think the moisture from the frozen broccoli would make the quiche soggy -never saw a quiche thrown together like that - lol
ОтветитьBrilliant as usual
ОтветитьThankyou so much, I want to cook everything, and at least I will try some of your delicious plates❤
ОтветитьThank you Chez Moi. As usual good podcast.
ОтветитьHello dear, i really appreciate that you keep tradition with family, and that you manage to do all that things in time with peace 😊
