So Michigan said what they did was not wrong by NCAA guidelines? Why was Conor Stallions in disguise.?
Why did he deny everything if it was within guidelines?

They think the non-compliance level one penalties arent a big deal,but if they think the NCAA will drop a lighter penalty on them as opposed to a compliant school...that would be rewarding non-compliance over compliance,and i dont think thats going to happen.

It's all about the wins. They'd have agreed to anything less in a heartbeat, including post-season bans. They get 21-23 vacated, they lose the all-time wins lead and likely never get it back. That is a main pillar of their arrogance and a key part of their marketing of the program.

The NCAA follows the examples of the federal government Court System in that NCAA doesn't accept the excuse " Ignorance is no excuse for THEIR LAW" accept it TUN!

But you didn’t really state their argument fully. You can steal signs. Legally. So the “gray area” is the advance part. So they are saying yes we did not get any more advantage than all others stealing sign. Now I don’t agree. But the argument is they wend to far we agree but it’s not as severe because you can legally steal signs.

You know, when this story first broke in October of 2023, some of their fans were already blubbering this bullshit. They knew what they were doing, so did many of their fans and supporters. Nothing too bad can happen to these trifling shitbags. As has been mentioned already, this is all about the NCAA being ready to shove a hot poker up their keyster and take away their wins and natty. If not, they would have settled a year ago.

The NCAA either thinks the scheme helped them win games or it didn’t. If they think it did, the wins have to be vacated, period.

Wow, what happens to Blue if the hammer drops from this June 6/7 hearing then the NCAA opens up a new NOA related to the Matt Weiss campus felonies? Repeat offender AGAIN on top of the hammer? What else is there besides the dreaded death penalty at that point? Basically, put the Jerry Sandusky case on top of the current hammer case for Blue. Yikes.
