Personally, I think they should just leave Andrew alone. He's been stripped of his status and patronages. He's no longer a working royal. It amazes me how PA/DOY can’t wrap their head around the concept of “the truth will set you free”. He thinks down the line of excuses. As a recovering addict 17.5 years clean. Very early in my recovery journey I would list reasons why I became an addict to my sponsor. I was always a victim of unfair circumstances. He helped me see I was still in denial and refused to humble myself and just admit I am an addict I chose to do “stuff”. When I finally saw the light and realized that I was still trying to avoid accepting blame for my choices. I finally humbled myself and said “my decision my choice”. Making amends was a breeze. Andrew should have from the start, humbled himself and said “my decision, my choice. I know you’re disappointed in me. I will work to earn your trust and respect”. IMO his road back to being accepted, would still take time but it could have been possible. Humbling yourself does wonders ☮️💜🙏
