The brief for the project was very simple; to create a lavish and sophisticated late bar environment offering comfort and intimacy, hand in hand with a nightclub operation. The styling of the venue combines a careful mixture of retro devices and modern solutions. With visual trickery through stripes and mirrors the interior style is reminiscent of both contemporary India and the seedy gambling clubs of the 60s. Specification of the materials and products were especially important for such an avant-garde space.
