Another sad saga of human stupidity. We are all the same stock…..all the billions. One family. Anthony knew it.

After watching so many of Anthony Bourdains brilliant shows, this one is brilliant! He manages to pull Barack Obama into a streetside joint for a beer and noodle meal! Absolutely priceless the local patrons don't give a goddammit shit he was there. Great moviemaking! Pity this extremely talented man left this reality for a tattoed Italian chick.

Lucky guy to have such a highly educated guide. The foreign occupation of Vietnam is a sad tragedy, the internal civil war between north and so<,uth Vietnam should be left as internal politics and millions more Vietnamese deaths could have been avoided.. The domino theory of Communism spreading all over south east Asia was completely false.

Conde Nast Traveller magazine just released it's 'Readers Choice Awards'. In the category for 'country with the most glorious food', Vietnam came out number one!!! If you go to the right places, I can totally see why people would love it. If you don't...oh dear, say no more.

Just like any noodles, it's the broth for Pho that must be tasty, cooked for an ample time. Slow cooking is always nice.

I miss Vietnam so much that I'm currently researching for WFH in my country (Philippines) and stay over at Hanoi or Hai Phong. Philippines is just a scam these days with all the high-priced foods and groceries but guess what salary is not increasing. I can't even keep 30 or 50% of my salary for someone living in the Metropolis. I hate this place sm.
