Hiii guys, I'm 5'2 inches, turned 19 this june 22nd and i also started my periods at 11 years old. I want to be atleast 5'3.

I know it'd be hard for me because my body's reached its growing limit but I don't loose anything by hoping and trying Right? So i will listen to subliminals everyday until the end of this year straight. Today's september 4th.
Meanwhile also sleep atleast 6-8 hours a day and do stretching exercises. ONCE i get to 5'3 i will aim for 5'4 but not anymore taller than that we don't want to be greedy and tell the universe that we're first satisfied with what we have 👍 wish me luck.
