I don't really care for swamp thing looks like a leftover from ricks garage in the mid 2000s but I'd love to see the other robot again.

about swamp thing, that exposed chain is a major weakness

I have concerns about Swamp Thing. What happens if it gets stuck on its face? (a-la Season 2 Over Drive).

I find it interesting that rick mentioned in the video that Hellfire was running at 60v yet there's been several discussions from other builders such as team whyachi about battlebots lowering maximum allowable voltage to 40 for safety reasons. Maybe they've made an exception for the live shows? 🤔 🤔

Surely with Swamp Thing is he goes weapon to weapon with a horizontal spinner theres a reasonable chance even if the weapon and armour take the hit well the chain could easily get hit and break. I'm far from an expert it just looks rather exposed.

Wait, "normally destructathon fights are only given to the battlebots supporters," is there like, a place we can support Battlebots so we get access to those fights online?

Being from Florida I have always had an affinity for Team Swamp Thing but Hellfire is seriously impressive as well! That thing looks to be a BEAST

Great stuff. Hellfire looks freakin' amazing, as does Swamp Thing. And Switchback's weapon looks nicely terrifying. All in all, I think the selection committee are going to have their hands full picking the cream this season.

That said, it'd be great if Battlebots Proving Grounds/Destructothon would use a non-social-network to distribute their content. There are a lot of lengths I'll go to to see these fights—but making a Facebook account is not one of them.

Hellfire genuinely looks impressive, it doesn't look invertible but cool nonetheless. I also anticipated seeing the new skorpios for proving ground but i was wrong.

Is there any other way than using facebook to see these fights? I love battlebots but not as much as I hate facebook.
