How to Setup the Pulsefire Surge RGB Mouse Color and DPI settings with the NGenuity Software

i just got this mouse and dounloaded the hyperx ngenuity (BETA) but there is no function called "macro". I can only setup the light, and re-assign the buttons and config sensor...... no macro.
Anyone could help??

DPI levels on pulsefire core rgb are from 100 to 6200 ? By step of 100 ?

hi since the BETA app my Trigger mode on this mouse is very laggy (low FPS type thing) on previous app it hadnt happened is there any chance of getting old app? if not any chance to fix this? thank you for your answer

Thanks for your BETA version which you force ppl to install. My mouse RGB ran like a Sonic Hedgehog then 5 seconds later mouse died entirely and never worked again. Resetting mouse and installing Legacy version, that I got from torrents (isn't that a cyberpunk, huh?), switched all mouse keys randomly and killed RGB at all. Mouse's never worked since, and I can't change DPI anymore. Pink Hello Kitty Wireless mouse for 5$ has got way better software than HyperX. Well done. Thanks for breaking my warranty!

How do I do this for macos?

This video honestly feels way out of date. I recently bought this mouse and love it, but the "reset to default" ... did not reset my mouse to default (out of the box) settings. Also, I try to change between effects (scrollwheel + DPI button) and it is no longer allowing me to do so when I try to customize said effects for myself.

But I have on problem. Because my HyperX keyboard is using the software, I can't seem to add in my mouse, it's the HyperX Pulsefire FPS Pro. It's as if the software only allows one peripheral instead of two or more.

I have a pulsefire surge, and an alloy fps. the program sees my mouse and it wanted to update the software, it closes after i click on it. since that my mouse doesnt work at all. even if i replug or plug it in different usb port. it doesnt see my keyboard at all.

The happiest i've ever been with a gaming mouse.

La app de windows es una puta mierda, me estresa tenerla en la barra de tareas todo el tiempo sin poderla cerrar, si cierro la barra app para quitarla de la barra de tareas(porque es la unica forma de quitarla de ahí) no se queda con la configuración que tenia, los cambios del dpi, los botones, los macros todo, se quitan y se ponen como esta por defecto(aun moviendole a la presentacion base) para colmo cuando tengo la app abierta los colores de mi rgb se ven mas opacos, no se ven coloridos, cuando cierro el app ya se ven coloridos. Una mierda de app

Guys, in case someone downloads this and it messes your mouse - Press MIDDLE MOUSE BUTTON and DPI UP button together for a few seconds and its gonna restart the firmware on the mouse.

what happens is - when you install the software, mouse lighting goes off, buttons get messed up and DPI gets up to the maximum,
for example, I had MMB acting as right click, side rear button as MMB and so on.

just delete the software and to the MMB DPI button trick and its gonna reset it.

when i open NGenuity it says
