Wear a mask when you're walking through brush like that. Might help cut down on how much pollen you inhale. You could also try putting peppermint, eucalyptus or lavender essential oil on your chest, neck or around your nostrils to help reduce it and also reduce congestion. Hope these help.❤

If this is in reference to "Dr. Michele Ferrari" (Lance Armstrong's Doc) he was at his Mansion in 2007. It was supposedly sold! But "Dr. Salone Ferrari" passed away in 1980. Whom I think this was his Mansion. The family was so Distraught. So they just got what they wanted and let it be.

Bio kult everyday seems a good one and people have reviewed it saying it’s really helped .

Dan have you tried Benedryl Allergy tablets? Can you get them in the UK? Any Pharmacy at any grocery store or Convenience store ill carry them! You might have to order them if they dont have them there! They work really good and they dont make you drousy! Take two every 6 hours and your good! I use them and they are great! they are an over the counter thing so you dont need a prescription!

Hi. I am from the UK. I used to really dread Summers cause my hay fever was so bad my nose was constantly running and my eyes were watery all the time. For the last 6 years from mid-April to September I started taking one Loratadine tablet a day and one spray of Pirinase in each nostril each morning and I have no more problems since. These items can be bought from any pharmacy and inexpensive. It might take at least one week to work when you first use them. Good luck to you.

Ask for a Kenacort injection for your hay fever.
You can have this twice a season.
It helps me a lot, I use this in addition to my tablets for hay fever.
I also suffered a lot from hay fever, until I had the kenacort injection.
I have the first one in the first week of May and the second one in the first week of August. There must be at least 3 months between these 2 injections.
Please note! This medicine is not actually for hay fever but there is a substance in the medicine (triamcinolonacetonide) it helps very well against hay fever.
I have been using this for years and have never had any side effects or anything like that. I would definitely discuss it with your GP.

Can’t remember why, something to do with your body getting used the the local pollen but I promise it dose help 😂 also loving your videos recently, I have family in Italy and one of my paces to visit!!! 😃

not sure if you can get it in the UK but I love Claritin. It is non drowsy and it says it can last for 24 hours, but it is amazing for at least 10 hours for me.
