Id almost recommend a minion expander in a 9x9 box. That way you can put water in all 4 corners. This will push the sheep to the middle so that the sheep are never out of reach. And the minion expander speeds up by 10%. Wheras the ench hopper loses you money

Nice stuff man, price sheet at the start was great. A coins/h or coins/d in more exact numbers would have been nice but still gives a rough idea. Thanks
