the technology to fake it didnt exist at the time i dont think, but tricky camera angles could be a possibility.
i thought there was a law that media can use classified footage when its up for a declassification vote if they already possessed it or something like that.
or they maybe had it for editing purposes or soemthing. wouldnt be the first time they played the wrong tape.
