Light golden nuance. Some evolution, medium sized bubbles. Quite an intense nose here, indicating sweetness. With ripe fruit, more on the fruity side like yellow plum, peach, apricot. Some floral notes. I am not sure if oak has been involved but there is a slight smokiness but that is also something that could emerge from aging in bottles of course. But quite intense with a certain complexity. Good grip on the palate. I think the nose indicated some tropical quite ripe and lush notes. This still keeps fairly dry so not a lot of dosage. I like the combination, good bite, good acidity and some extract without bitterness. Rather long and persistent with attractive yellow fruit. Some hints of complexity as well. Yeah, I like that. Good bite, good freshness, I already said. Long lingering finish, distinct in a dry style, rather Chardonnay dominated. Yeah, perfect to drink today.
