Do resonate Tom....wait what. I have believed a lie.
Or at least a white lie on what energy is. What fat is etc.
Not unlike learning that the high school model of the atom. Is useful in a easy general way.
But fundermentaly incorrect
Of the many many podcasts I have listen too.
This is one that sits in the top 3.
A matrix moment. Leaving one. Looking at the world in a very different and new/exciting way.
Simply....mind blown, wow!
Gonna have to re listen to the stuff around how fat is created and stored. A number of times because it's so counter intuitive and in opposition to the over simplified marketing version.
What an incredible and enlightening conversation
Holy moly Andy, I understand and have always completely thought what you are saying is true for me
ОтветитьF*ck man this guy is brutal, the truth cuts deeeeep
ОтветитьI'm motivated by not being in poor health in my later years... I don't want to be diabetic and I don't want bypass surgery.
ОтветитьWhat about circulating ketones?
Ответить20 minutes should be the maximum time for any video.
ОтветитьBallet dance training does it all, in addition to fitness the body looks amazing and it’s artistic and fun, either as a soloist, with a partner or in a group. It’s the best fitness!
ОтветитьTom’s ego got real hurt when Andy told him his approach was sub optimal
ОтветитьHoly cow This guy Tom is actually annoying. Must have been the nerdy Kid that got successful and picked up an ego along the way
ОтветитьThis was such an insightful episode. I feel like every time Dr. Galpin opens his mouth, I learn something new.
ОтветитьI love how interactive this episode was and how Tom "pushed back" on things he thought he knew. If it wasn't for that, I would've probably learned a lot less from this convo.
ОтветитьBoy Tom you must have gotten a few bad genes, lol JK. Your killing it ! Whenever I workout my body screams for more ! I love the feeling of working out I love doing all out Sprint's! How can anyone hate exercise or working out? And I'm 60 and more athletic than most 30 Year olds. An hour high intensity full body weight workout twice a week and build muscle easy, I do eat a whole foods animal based foods diet with organic vegetables and berries, no prossessed foods.
ОтветитьToo dang confusing, moving on
ОтветитьThe human animals North Star outside of adaptation is cooperation. Humans are a social species so cooperative adaptation is our ultimate objective. Imo
ОтветитьOlestra may cause anal leakage , fatty stools, and dirty underwear
ОтветитьDude in black hat looks like a pasty faced skeleton. Hard to take advice from someone that has no build 🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьThis is longest most convoluted way I've ever seen someone try to explain calories in calories out. It's really simple. Eat more energy than you burn, gain weight. The opposite, you lose weight. Just basic physics and thermodynamics.
ОтветитьThis Tom guy talks too much. Stop pontificating, and let the interviewee speak.
ОтветитьI found a lot of people complaining that they do not get muscles increasing but, when I saw the ridiculous amount of weight that they were lifting I understood why. You need to really make a demand on your muscle to make it grow. It needs to be difficult and challenge your system.
ОтветитьI believe that people who do not enjoy working out probably will not get the same results and are more prone to quit exercise than those who enjoy doing exercise. You need to learn to enjoy the process more than focusing on the probable results that you will get!
ОтветитьHere for Galpin. Great talk in spite of Tom’s interruptions and negative outlook.
ОтветитьNiko Bellic... anyone?
ОтветитьI really enjoyed this. Thanks for posting.
ОтветитьProgressive overloading a high protein diet and a narcissistic personality will make you the best of the best in any strength sport.
ОтветитьAnother good one Tommy! Thanks again.
ОтветитьAny comments on EAA. have been taking them in H2O. No food cravings. Condominium Strength and Csrdio training and have appetite of a teenager focus on protein and balanced diet. EAA? 🏋🏻🏋♂️
ОтветитьPeople need to stop obsessing over the appearance of the size of their muscles. Where did this silly notion come from? It’s not important.
ОтветитьThis obsession with looking good like Arnold is ridiculous. It’s not healthy! And not knocking anabolics, which are unhealthy, that’s not right. Young minds are susceptible to this bunk, you should discourage its use, period.
ОтветитьWay too many ads
ОтветитьTim needs to realize Jackman was only that jacked for a matter of days, long enough to make the shoot. He was at a very, very unhealthy body fat level, and the rest was CGI. It would be like comparing yourself to a body builder on show day. They are almost dead. Most people with muscles look a little bulky and maybe have shoulders. They only look great for a few weeks a year for a show. Chill.
ОтветитьHe's a pain in the neck. You eat sugar. It makes you fat. He won't admit it.
ОтветитьWow!! Thank you!!
ОтветитьThis is one of the best and most informative episodes of Tom's podcast in my opinion.
ОтветитьHow many reps are in a “set”???
ОтветитьThe table is the wrong height for those chairs (or wrong chairs for that table) ? - Andy looks like he is going to disappear under the table 😢
Ответитьworking out has become addicting. The pump feels amazing.
ОтветитьI like your long videos, your content is great, thank you.
ОтветитьWhen he said that he is 27 I surprised
He looks 40-45😮
Hilarious, skinny looking people giving opinions how to build muscle.
ОтветитьAn hour in I feel like a genius 🧬
ОтветитьInterviewer isn’t that good. He’s all over the place with his questions. And yes you’ve been working out all wrong. Working out feels great, both during and especially after.
ОтветитьHe’s just interviewing for his own personal interests rather than what the viewers are interested in. Just stuck on one topic rather than letting the guest freely speak so we can learn.
ОтветитьIt really should not be this difficult.
ОтветитьWARNING: I will never ask for your contact info in the comments section, that is someone impersonating me!
