I’m getting major Jaclyn Hill lipstick vibes with the condition of the lipsticks, more than one video of dodgy looking products, not wasting my money on sick cheap looking products with a premium price tag

Thanks for sharing. I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger on this. I don't have dry lips but I hate when lip products separate like that around the inside of my lips.

I think part of the issue you’re having is that you have very pigmented lips like I do. I also have dry lips, so... twinning! I was afraid that the lighter shades wouldn’t look good on my pigmented lips especially since they were advertised as semi-opaque. For this reason, I stuck to darker shades and I did share that in my review of them. I had a better experience with darker shades. Sorry you were disappointed, but your honesty is appreciated. I can understand feeling nervous about the review; I felt the same when reviewing the Sigma Jordan Liberty Brushes.

Just saying if You like A good gloss with color, and that tiny bit of tingle for plumper, My Fav is Buxom lip polish, lip gloss is the Best gloss, lip polish or whatever u are looking for them have and u can buy in a set for less money and usually put good colors in there 😉 so maybe you can try them if possible 😉 ☺️

I think your review was balanced, honest and reflective of your experience. They work beautifully for me, no separating, color combinations between lipstick and gloss was really good. Very hydrating. I don't wear lip liner, do I can't speak to that. I'm glad Beautylish is refunding you. I find them very good to deal with. Truly sorry these didn't work for you!

Hi! I have had the exact same problems with the lipsticks. This is the only way I can wear them: I scrub my lips, line the lips but don't fill them in, and then swipe the lipstick over and over and over! Packing it on a TON almost like it's a lip balm. Hopefully this helps if you just want to use them up! I love the colours, but they require about 5 layers to look flattering, so the price is even more extreme.

I said to an influencer who received the whole collection for free that they looked very uninspiring. Nothing new and looks like a much cheaper version of a mid priced range. Now seeing some real reviews from people who have bought them, everyone have said that the bullets looked messy or they were covered in dust. Just a lack a of attention. Especially at that price. They should be absolutely spot on.
How can Wayne expect to compete in the high end market where Chanel, Dior and Tom Ford do them to perfection,? I feel a little sorry for him because, if more disappointing reviews emerge, he'll never recover. Influencers can only do so much gushing but they cannot fool.people if it's a bad product.

I have some of the lipsticks and glosses, and I didn’t have this problem. I do know that it’s difficult to use gloss on a cream lipstick... it’s like too much. It’s better to top the liners with the gloss. Sorry they didn’t work for you.

Also, for your dry lips, you can increase your water intake and Sheabutter to heal them

Glad to see a less than stellar review, honestly. What I was thinking initially is that the shade range does not go deep enough, and I get weird vibes from wayne goss anyway. Idk.

I totally forgot and didn't get them. I'm glad I missed them. Love Wayne, but it sounds like those need work.

Dry lip tip: before going to bed just dab a little coconut oil on the navel. It will heal dry lips in 5 days. Crazy but it works

His lipsticks are a weird variation of sheer. I think that’s why it shows dry patches. I don’t like the way people’s lip color shines through. If you have a great lip color and perfectly smooth lips, it will be fine. I ain’t got that 😂I have pale dry lips. There are more flattering lipsticks at the same or better prices. I’m also a redhead and my coloring is similar to you. Except my lips are worse. Paler and crustier 😂😂

I had the exact same experience with the lipstick and gloss. I've tried applying them several different ways :(
Disappointed because I really wanted to support him. But these are awful quality and will be going back.

Problems you're talking and showing in this video are my common problems with a lot of lipstick/gloss formulas I've tried. And I don't even have very dry lips. Thank you for sharing your experience.

It’s very nice! But I was disappointed in the shade range. Many of the colors looked similar to each other and there were no darker options. I know he’s self funded, but we needed a deeper brown in the initial release

I have 3 lipsticks, 2 glosses and 2 liners and I absolutely love ALL of them!! The colors, the texture, the formula- they’re all impeccable- make my lips look so satiny and smooth!! I love the smell of the lipsticks too!!! Yummm!!! I haven’t worn any other lip products since I got them! They feel and look amazing, hydrating and luxurious!! I’m planning to buy them all when they become available!! And they’re so affordable too!! Unlike brands like Tom Ford!

I got one of his liners in the shade Sepia, & I like it, but don't love it. Usually, I don't like really creamy liners either because I feel like they don't last as long & if I use it with a liquid lipstick, the lipstick doesn't adhere properly if that makes sense. But, I do wish his were just a teeny bit creamier.

I purchased one of the lip liners (Sepia), Gloss (Chrysanthemum) and Lipstick in (Orchid)... I was actually shocked at how much I liked the lipgloss...and I hate lip glosses. But, I did intentionally choose a strange highly metallic color, simply because I wanted it to be unique. I am a 90s gal, so I went for all brownie. I agree with you on the lip liner. And the lipstick is fine. Nice but certainly not my favorite formula and for the price point I was expecting more. Still I would recommend the color gloss I got (which I think is very special) and the lip liner.

I placed a big order when they launched and I ended up returned all the lipsticks and I kept the lipgloss and lipliner. I hated the smell of the lipsticks.

My mother and especially my son have super dry lips and the ONLY product that has saved them is Jouer Essential Lip Enhancer. It is not their oil. It comes in a squeeze tube and VERY little is needed. I use it before bed and when I wake up it’s still on! It literally transformed my son’s lips which would peel and have so many issues. He has beautiful full lips and it was really miserable for him. I got him some and it has solved the issues! I also have him taking Halo Kiwi (I take it as well, and because of our results my two besties have started a couple months ago and are in love). Biggest thing with Halo Kiwi for me is my skin (all over), especially my feet, are soooo much softer and so hydrated. I drink a ton of water and always have because I don’t like anything else and never have, but never ever had my skin so soft and plump and just hydrated from within. I am a skin care nut too, so if something works really well I am in! I have an insane amount of skin care so after trying so many products I have become super selective. My son (oldest) that takes Halo is 19. The two together have 100% eliminated the issue and as a mom I am sooo happy! I know this is long, but I really felt for you because dry lips are miserable. I am so sorry you deal with that. So... JOUER Essential Lip Enhancer is a miracle imo. I haven’t found anything else that is close at any price point. I hope you try it and I hope this helps💗😊💗

WOW! I have 3 lip liner 2 lipstick and 2 gloss. They were great!! I have peeling desert like lips and live in Australia which is practically a dry desert. To be fair I got the darker bright shades. My lip is pretty pigmented and not really even in color too so I never get light or nude shades. Honestly everything I got was GREAT!

Absolutely loved his lip glosses. I believe it’s taste for sure. I had zero problems with it and people always as what I am wearing. Might just be a personal affect for sure. I suffer from dry lips and they definitely look nothing like yours do( speaking about the gloss and lipsticks on)

I use glossier balm dot com but I find it to be more protecting than moisturizing.. I find that unless my lips are already in good shape, it does pretty much nothing.

You probably don't like these because they're intended for older more mature women. Not teens or 20' somethings.

I actually bought one lipliner, gloss and lipstick. My experience was much different. They all went on beautifully but only lasted for about 30 minutes. I had to keep re-applying all day. Otherwise the colors are gorgeous and work well with all skin tones. I am always appreciative of an honest review. 😊
