Just bought an alienware 25 inch 240hz monitor for my ps4, (i will buy a pc next month) and the power supply cable doesn't fit in the monitor, it keeps making a weird sound and disconnecting, if i move the monitor it just powers off. Other problem, i cant run any game at 240 hz, only 60 hz. I've connected only the hdmi cable to the ps4. I have 2 cables left, a display port and a usb. Can somebody please help me, i tried everything and no answers. I really consider sending it back!
