👩🍳 Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs, bite-sized
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 capsicum, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 can pineapple chunks (keep the juice!)
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp crushed ginger
🥣 Sauce:
- Juice from the pineapple can
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornflour
🔥 Cooking Steps:
1. Whisk all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
2. In a hot pan, sizzle garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
3. Add chicken, cook until white.
4. Toss in veggies and pineapple chunks, cook until veggies just starting to soften! About 2 minutes!
5. Pour in the sauce, stir and bring to a boil. Let it boil for a minute.
🍚 Serve this saucy, sweet, and tangy delight with some fluffy steamed rice and get ready to be wowed! It's a perfect balance of flavors that'll make you forget about takeout!
