Looks great man! I have an 07 G6 GT that's black and I've been dying to do the wheels with black Plasti-Dip. How many cans do the wheels take? And is the black on the wheels flat or shiny?

About six cans. It is flat black.

Ok. Do they make a clear for it so it can be shiny? It would match my car better if they do.

I don't know if they make a gloss. Google it and see.

would it work for the tail lights i mean visible for light to go threw and able to take off later

You could. Be carfull how many coats. Too dark will cost you $75.00 +

You can buy stuff call NiteShades. You can find it at O'Reilly's. I used it on my car, and haven't gotten any tickets. It takes a few coats, just make sure to clean the lights really good.

What color caliper paint did you use. Any specific red? Im going to be painting my calipers soon and didnt want to get an off red..

We just used the red the had on the shelf. You can order paint to match your car but is pricey.

I don't think it comes in gloss. The way you spray it on it would not be glossy anyway. Mud

ha check my g6 plastic dip lights look sick u should do it i wonder how my wheels would look diped with the color of my car deff gonna paint the calipers like you did do you need special paint of can i dip the breaks

there is a glossifier you can add after, im not sure where you get it though

what rims are on the g6?

They are the stock rims that came with the car.

You should get the spoiler that came on some two door g6s! It would look great, the rear of the car is looking to plain! Looks great though.

You need your side view mirrors red to match the body.

And tint your windows.

Wow. Impressive. It wasn't so much of the emblems that got me, it was the tires and rims. Just a quick question. What kind of paint did you happen to use bc all the paints i found were sprays but unless i wasn't looking hard enough. Im thinking of doing black green and white colors for my g6. White base color with black rims and green calipers.

How did you mask behind the front grille?

probably not aware those grills are easy to pop off lol saves all the taping

Ive always been hands down Pontiac Dodge man,,I really don't care for the G6--gtp body, not only that it's the 3.6LThe grand prix is were its at they came with the 3800 and if its the GTP it came supercharged,,, The g6 didn't have any options when it comes to performance,Even the G6 GXP wasn't supercharged and still was only 3.6L.The grand prix GXP came with the 5.3L northstar V8,,So as far a im concerned fuck the G6,,, the bonneville and the grand-prix are were it's at!

grills pop out super easy, did that on my car, but for god sake take off your gm excellence badge and those damn door bumpers, Pontiac ditched it plastic cladding years ago

How well did the wheels hold up after driving?

is that car a 6 speed manual or an automatic

would’ve been so much less and easier work to pop out the grille and the trim literally held in by 4 pop clips

Tinting the windows would be the cherry on top
