National Guard l High-Altitude ARNG Aviation Training Site (HAATS)

First off Im not a pilot by any means, so in the summer time in Colorado can the HAATS Team Lakota Helicopter hoist above 12K feet? Also can it just land not hoist at 14k feet and pick people off the tops of peaks in the summer time too. I know what the Blackhawks are capable of, just curious about the Lakota. Obviously this is a case by case basis along with winds temps and altitude density. Just trying to gain some understanding of your capabilities. Thanks!
