This is for me,so whenever I feel down about my self,Im gonna come here if I remember this.

I kinda feel bad for my younger self.
She was such a warmhearted little girl, always smiled and was shouting all the time and she just had a silly,small world,she didn't know anything after that.
But Gradually That lil gurl became a grown up and started to find that the world is way more complicated that she thought.
And Now Im unable to become that past lil girl who had lots of freedom and who smiled a lot..
I feel like I ruined her everything..
Can someone say am I depressed?
I can't even sleep,my sleep cycles has broken.. I usually sleep at 3.00am and its not good for my health..Im crying always I can't tolerate it..

Struggling with addiction and how it’s robbed me of so much including me knowing who I am. Each day I can only think about how it ending my life would just fix the problem. However my heart knows that would only cause my family so much pain. I’ve already put them through enough. I need help, I need it so bad. Please send help my way. Im desperate to get my old self back and get this demon called “drug addiction out of my life once and for all!!!

I’ve been putting this off for so long; I just wanted to be rescued and held. I now accept that I must rescue and hold myself. I accept who I am and all it implies. I accept responsibility for my life, my soul, and my purpose. I am done running from my truth; I accept it and am my complete self.

5 mins into it and I was already crying. It really helped me let it all out and I learned of how other people look at me, like who am I to those people. It was just alot. Thank you❤
