I am family physician recently I have 35 yr fem pt has chief complaine of change of voice off and on since last one year she was referred to ent surgeon who did laryngoscopy he found inflammatory i changes in vocal cord area his impression was laryngopharyngeal reflux although pt do not have reflux symptoms pt was given tab renitidine1-1 twice a day for three months but pt had partial relief and recurrence of symptoms so pt took another ent opinion pt was advise to consult speech therapist but no relief pt took another opinion internal medicine consultant who referred to gastroenterologist who did up gi endoscopy took punch biopsy at two diff area at distal part ofoesophagys histopath report turned out eosinophilic esophagitis has advised tab renitidie 150 mg 1-0-0 once a day for three months andinhelor fluticasone 220mg two puff twice a day since 3 to 4 days my question is is there any reason to get change of voice due to reflux or both are different pathology what should be ideal approach my email address is jyotsna 29 @hot mail ‘com waiting for early response thanks
