Why ? Body parts ? Shouldn’t it be buried ?
Ответить🌹✝️ BODILY RELIC is the physical remains or personal effects of a saint or other person preserved, as a tangible memorial
ОтветитьCatholics, if you take a step back, y'all are a little weird.
When I was a kid I had to go to a Catholic church for something and I was mesmerized by the beautiful glass windows only to be horrified by the human sized sculpture of a naked dying man in sexual bondage.
Like, why do you have to do that to Jesus? Why can't your symbol of him be when he was happy and not being crucified ? Like, what about Jesus hanging out with animals or holding a flower or winking at you? Why do you guys require the grotesque stuff like the crucifixion emblem and this finger
Y'all are weird. It's been normalized but y'all are weird
1) It's creepy.
2) It is worship of physical manifestations, i.e. the golden calf.
I am catholic and I have never understood why mortifying your body did any good. When you are wasting away you can’t help anyone and I always thought it would help or serve God to keep healthy and do good works. To beat your body up seems arrogant to me. Just how I think ….
ОтветитьGrew up Catholic, I knew immediately it was a finger and I don't have my glasses on. Omg cover St John Neumann'a remains. I was exposed to that sight at around 5yrs old and have been traumatized ever since.
ОтветитьGross 🤮
ОтветитьEuwww! 🤢
ОтветитьWe catholics love our relics 😊
Lovely goth vibes 🖤🦇🖤
Welll her mission in life , was it to starve herself to death ...
Please explain
That's fucking gross 😂
ОтветитьSaints do good works for years before they go into this state of severe fasting. They give their bodies to the ministry and as they get too old, they prepare their bodies for death by fasting and praying. They aren't wasting away to make themselves look holy. They are giving every amount of their energy to the ministry so their lives won't be in vain but only exsisted to serve God. They do not want creature comforts but are willing to sacrifice until their last breath. Im not Catholic, but i can understand living a holy life is something u dont stop when u get old in fact its the time u can show God how much he means to u by suffering against comfort giving every fiber of your being knowing that all the suffering is worth it when u are finally in his presence. Thank You Lord!!!
Ответить- Whyyyyyy !?!? 😮🤮
ОтветитьMorbid lol
Ответить❤ sorta like the Sourtoe Cocktail, but different 🌞
Ответитьbut why display her finger and head.. little did she know what would happen to her body. catholics also believe (especially at that time) that the body should be laid to rest as a whole so im actually confused
